Students: Borrowing, renewing & returning books

You can borrow up to six books at a time. Long loan books can be borrowed for two weeks at a time and short loan books for one week. You can also renew your checkout items, once they are not required by another user (N.B. all books are subject to recall at any time if requested by another user). You can renew books in person, by phone or by logging into My Library Record in the Library Catalogue.

Books should be returned promptly to the Library. To avoid returning books late check My Library Record regularly. Any queries regarding borrowing may be answered at the Library Issue Desk or via library.midlands@tus.ie.

Books may be returned to the return bin or at the Issue Desk.
