AIT Library offers study spaces which may be booked for 4 hours per day.
Log in using your Student Number and Password (the same password as you use for logging on to Moodle).
The booking page for the current week will open via the link above. Scroll to the day you want and select a time and a study desk.
N.B.: The desks are numbered for managing the booking process but on arrival to the library you can select ANY available space.
Select the required time and double click/tap or select and drag across for the required times.
Your name, the date, desk number and begin and end time appear on the next screen. The end time defaults to the next available time slot which is 30 minutes after the begin time. To change to your required booking length select a time from the drop-down menu. Remember the maximum per day is 4 hours. You will receive a notification of your booking to your student email but you can also opt for email reminders.
Select Create to finish your booking.
You will need a copy of the booking confirmation email and your student card for entry to the Library.
You can delete your booking after making it by logging in, selecting the booking, selecting the More drop-down and Delete.
